My 5 Minutes Healthy Chocolate Fudge Recipe

As a specialist in nutrition certified, I would like to find ways to prepare delicious dishes that most people do not really believe in good health may be for you. If you have a sweet tooth, like me, I think you tried to find ways to still enjoy a sweet treat, but also try to make healthy desserts typical junk food.

The main problem of the so-called “healthy” dessert is that most companies try to make healthier by reducing fat and increasing the sugar or artificial sweeteners … there is no sound on one of them!

Below is my health-famous chocolate-peanut butter fudge recipe that takes only 5 minutes to do and very straightforward. The great things that I do not use added sugars, no artificial sweeteners, and all sources of healthy fats. You’ll see why below.

My health-chocolate caramel recipe peanut butter (peanuts can be ignored if you prefer a light brown):

* Extra Dark Chocolate (3-4 oz bar works well – look at least 70% cocoa, between 70-85% – this reduces the sugar content)
* 4 or 5 c. soup to nuts organic butter (almond butter, butter, cashews, nuts all work well)
* 2 / 3 to 3 / 4 cup organic coconut milk (great source of healthy saturated fats media chain triglycerides – MCT)
* 2 c. tablespoons rice paddy (additional healthy source of fiber)
* 2 c. tablespoons of oat bran (soluble fibers healthier, including the fiber)
* 1 / 2 cup raw pecans, almonds, walnuts or (yes, more good fats, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals tonnes)
* 1 / 2 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional to taste)
* 1 c. tea vanilla extract
* A little light stevia sugar (stevia is a sweetener that non-caloric artificial sweeteners hazardous)

Starting from coconut milk, peanut butter and chocolate in medium saucepan and place it on the lowest heat possible. Continue to stir as the chocolate, coconut, nuts and melted butter together. After the addition of this fusion in all other ingredients and mix well.

Once everything is mixed together, spread the mixture on some wax paper placed in the pan and threw in the freezer disk.

Now you have healthy chocolate fudge ever!

Please note that you must always keep your serve smaller portions as this is still a calorie-dense snacks, but it is super healthy. The good news is that in a low-calorie and sugar typical of the cream and have a load more than the typical diet of cream.
